Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a cashier receptionist to handle customer transactions, process payments and provide friendly service at our dealership. The role emphasizes accurate cash handling, timely receipts, and professional appearance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include billing, payment processing, balancing end-of-shift totals, and handling guest concerns with diplomacy. Candidates should have a high school diploma and be able to work weekends/holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Cashier experience; automotive dealership experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional appearance.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.

Responsabilités

• Calculate customer bills using the dealership system.
• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments.
• Make change accurately and issue receipts.
• Record totals of tickets and repair orders; verify payments at end of shift.
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer for resolution.
• Work a flexible schedule including some weekends and holidays.
