Aspire Physical Therapy is looking for a friendly, dependable, and highly organized Front Office Receptionist to join our team!
Our front office team plays an incredibly important role in the experience our patients have at Aspire. You’ll often be the first person a patient speaks with and the first face they see when they walk through our doors. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, communicates confidently and professionally, and can keep things moving in a busy healthcare environment while making patients feel welcomed and cared for.
We are ideally looking for someone interested in a full‑time, long‑term position with Aspire. However, we are open to the right candidate who is looking for part‑time hours or who would like to begin part‑time and transition into a full‑time role.
As a Front Office Receptionist, you’ll help keep our clinic running smoothly while creating a positive experience for our patients.
Responsibilities include:

For example, you may be returning referral calls or working on prepping the next day’s schedule when a patient arrives and needs to be checked in, the phone rings, or someone needs help scheduling. You need to be comfortable pausing one task, addressing the immediate need, and then returning to complete what you were working on.
You may be a great fit if you:
Previous medical office, healthcare, insurance, scheduling, or customer service experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person. Attitude, communication skills, reliability, organization, and willingness to learn are especially important to us.
Aspire Physical Therapy is a specialty physical therapy clinic in Bend providing individualized, one‑on‑one care in pelvic health, pregnancy and postpartum rehabilitation, orthopedics, vestibular and concussion rehabilitation, and TMJ dysfunction.
We care deeply about providing an excellent patient experience, but we also care about creating a workplace where our team enjoys coming to work. We value communication, teamwork, growth, kindness, accountability, and supporting one another.
We’re not looking for someone who simply wants their next job. We’re hoping to find someone who wants to become a meaningful, long‑term part of the Aspire team.
Eligible full‑time employees receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
Full‑time preferred, with part‑time candidates considered for the right fit. We are also open to candidates interested in beginning part‑time with the goal of transitioning to full‑time.
If you’re someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in an environment where no two days are exactly the same, and takes pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you.
