Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year administrative experience required.
• Previous experience in reproductive medicine or Women’s health is preferred.
• Prior experience with Athena preferred.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays, on a rotating basis.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients, answer phones, collect patient information and insurance details.
• Complete medical record requests and provide front office administrative support.
• First point of contact for patients; answer questions or provide general information.
