Responsibilities

• Accurately documents care in the patient record and supports quality improvement processes.
• Assist with scheduling, check-out, and patient flow to maintain a professional front-office appearance.
• Triage calls and route to appropriate team members while following HIPAA protocols.
• Collect co-pays, register demographics, and handle payments as needed.
