Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Front Office Manager to lead our Madison-area operations at HGI Madison W Middleton-21360. You will supervise front desk staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold service standards across shifts.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving in a fast-paced hotel environment. The ideal candidate has at least three years in a similar leadership role, a high school diploma (post-secondary preferred), and in-depth

Qualifications

• Three (3) years in a similar leadership role (e.g., Front desk supervisor, Assistant Front Office Manager).
• High School education; post-high school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors daily status of rooms, rates, discount rates and packages.
• Maintains current list of available rooms for walk situations.
• Coordinates blocking of rooms.
• Acts as the Service Champion for the Front Office and creates a positive atmosphere for guest relations.
• Ensures staff communicates effectively with the Housekeeping team.
• Hires, coaches and disciplines direct reports.
• Acts as Manager on Duty as required.
• Works nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
