Stonebridge Companies is seeking a Front Office Manager in Saddle Brook, NJ, to oversee guest reception, reservations, and phone services with focus on satisfaction and efficiency. You will report to the General Manager and drive revenue, cost control, and service standards across the front office.

The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day and long-term operations of guest reception, reservations, and telephone services while ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role works closely with the General Manager to maintain revenue, expense, and quality targets, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation that exceeds guest and ownership expectations.
Primarily an indoor role, working in the front office, lobby, and guest areas of the hotel. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods while overseeing front office operations and assisting guests. Must be able to lift and carry objects up to 20 lbs occasionally. Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate guest needs and operational requirements.
