Job Description: Front Office Manager

Most importantly, it requires an instinctive desire to enhance each guest's stay.

We are currently seeking a charismatic Front Office Manager. The ideal candidate will understand the impact of this role on the guest experience and possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a Front Office supervisory role, preferably in an upper upscale or luxury hotel.
  • A post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of front office operations, leadership skills, and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement, as well as financial performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
