Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office and Night Audit teams across our Key West properties. You will ensure warm, personalized service, oversee daily operations, and coach team members to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in front office or hotel operations, supervisory experience, a hospitality degree, and strong knowledge of PMS systems.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of Front Office, hotel operations, or guest services experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in hospitality preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent hotel leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Front Office operations, Night Audit, reservations, billing, cash handling, and guest service procedures.
  • Experience with hotel Property Management Systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable.
  • Exceptional guest service and service recovery skills with the ability to remain calm and solution-focused in challenging situations.
  • Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze operational reports, labor, payroll, budgets, and other departmental financial information.
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations, room inventory, revenue considerations, and Night Audit procedures.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with guests, team members, and all levels of leadership.
  • College-level reasoning, math, and language skills.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and effectively manage the department.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily Front Office and Night Audit operations to ensure smooth, guest-focused service.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Front Office team members across shifts; foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Collaborate with hotel leadership and other departments to ensure seamless property-wide operations.
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining high satisfaction scores.
  • Monitor performance metrics, staffing, and budget implications to optimize revenue and guest experiences.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training for Front Office staff.

Overview

Key West Historic Inns is seeking an experienced, passionate, and service-driven Front Office Manager to lead our Front Office team. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing others, and is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.As the Front Office Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the Front Office and Night Audit teams while ensuring our guests receive warm, personalized, and professional service throughout their stay.
