Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Manager located in Boise, ID. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing front office activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, and facilitating effective communication both within the team and with clients. Additional duties include managing office supplies, scheduling appointments, payroll, year-end tasks, and handling administrative responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Office Administration and Front Office management

  • Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written
