Family Allergy & Asthma is seeking a Front Office Coordinator/Injection Room (MA) in Memphis, TN. The role covers greeting patients, administering allergy injections, and handling front desk tasks with compliance to HIPAA and clinic policies.

The position requires 6 months of medical assistant experience, CPR certification, and a Medical Assistant Certification. Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with travel to other clinic locations as needed.

Formación

• Minimum 6 months of related medical assistant experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Medical Assistant Certification.
• Able to communicate effectively with patients and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare the injection room area each morning.
• Administer allergy injections.
• Restock area and order supplies through the approved clinical procedure.
• Check patients in/out and collect co-pays; schedule appointments.
• Maintain HIPAA policies and procedures and educate patients on injection policies.
