Summary

Hyatt Place Colorado Springs/Garden of the Gods is situated in a region offering year-round activities. The hotel’s proximity to local sites like Broadmoor Seven Falls, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, University of Colorado, and the U.S. Air Force Academy makes it an ideal location for visitors.

Our Hotel Hosts play a vital role in delivering high-quality guest service and fostering teamwork. They create memorable experiences by providing welcoming, helpful, and exceptional service in a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment. Responsibilities include managing the Hotel Host Stand, Bakery Café, Guest Kitchen, e-room, TV den, guest check-in and check-out, and servicing meeting rooms. Previous guest service experience and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or related field
• Flexible schedule for AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Strong command of English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment with guest interaction
• Ability to multi-task
• Must be 18 years or older
• Desire to satisfy guest needs in a dynamic environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift, pull, and push at least 20 lbs
• Basic computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel)
