About The Role – Front Office Host

Front Office associates handle guest registration and communicate hotel services and promotions. This visible role involves casual conversations and directly impacts the guest experience. Responsibilities include processing payments and responding to inquiries. If you have experience as a front desk clerk or an interest in hotel clerk roles, we want to hear from you!

The hourly rate is $24.00.

Qualifications

Preferred experience in a luxury resort. Must possess a professional appearance, excellent guest service skills, strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, be responsible and reliable, able to work under pressure, stand for long periods, and have open availability including overnights.
