Job summary

Karbone Inc. is a front-office role on our Power & Gas trading desk, focusing on natural gas markets with exposure to North American power markets. You will work with experienced portfolio managers to analyze market fundamentals and support position management.

Qualifications

• 1–4+ years of experience in natural gas markets, energy trading, fundamentals analysis, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Excel; strong quantitative skills.

Responsibilities

• Support management of physical and financial power positions across ISO/RTO markets and assist with gas exposure.
• Monitor power and gas markets to identify trading opportunities and relationships between the two commodities.
• Help build natural gas market capabilities, focusing on financial markets with potential to evaluate physical markets.
