Job summary

TPG Hotels, Resorts & Marina is seeking a hands-on Hotel Front Office Manager to oversee the front desk and guest services, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. You will lead the team, manage reservations, and collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to optimize occupancy and guest satisfaction.

Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in hospitality management and proven front office experience, with strong leadership, communication and PMS proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management (preferred).
• Proven front office operations or guest services experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in hotel management software; PMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk and guest services to ensure exceptional experiences.
• Lead, train, and evaluate front desk staff.
• Manage check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and departments for smooth operations.
• Prepare reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback.
