Job summary

South Denver Surgery Center, an Ambulatory Surgery Center affiliated with United Surgical Partners International (USPI), is seeking a Front Office Receptionist in Centennial, CO. You will greet patients, route calls, schedule procedures, verify insurance, collect payments, and maintain accurate patient charts.

Under the direction of the Office Manager, you will use standard office equipment and interact professionally with patients and families, providing excellent service in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of experience or hospital/ASC clerical experience preferred.
• Competent with basic office equipment (computer, printer, telephone, fax).
• Excellent clerical and organizational skills; ability to stay poised with potentially hostile patients.

Responsibilities

• Handle and route all incoming calls and greet patients and their families.
• Schedule procedures and manage surgical scheduling.
• Verify insurance and process cash collections.
• Maintain accurate patient charts and records.
