Wage starts at $19.25/hour.
This position works full-time hours during the school year only, with two (2) weeks off at Christmas and nine (9) weeks off during summer vacation. This position does have an annualized salary based on the school year hours worked.
Rogue Community Health is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a School-Based Health Center (SBHC) Front Office Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys working with youth, possesses excellent communication skills and attention to detail, is outgoing and a great team player. They will also have a great ability to multitask, be comfortable engaging with diverse groups of people, self-motivated, and able to follow protocol with ease.
Some responsibilities as a Front Office Coordinator will be to develop and maintain positive relationships with team members, school staff, students, and parents/guardians; as well as demonstrate excellent customer service skills, both over the phone and in person. This position will also participate and facilitate at school all-staff meetings, school events, and activities, including events such as parent-teacher conferences and other outreach events where public speaking is required.
