We're looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive team member to be the welcoming face of our office and help keep daily operations running smoothly. This key role supports teams across the company—from Finance to Business Development to Engineering—and plays a vital part in creating a positive and productive workplace environment!

What You'll Do

Core responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Front Desk & Guest Management
  • Manage daily guest and employee arrival schedules; ensure everything is ready for a seamless experience
  • Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth
  • Receive, log, and distribute incoming packages and deliveries
Office & Kitchen Operations
  • Oversee daily catered lunch setup and cleanup
  • Handle light kitchen duties to supplement our cleaning service—run the dishwasher, tidy conference rooms, restock paper goods and condiments
  • Maintain an organized and well-stocked kitchen that our team loves
  • Keep common areas clean, functional, and welcoming
Administrative & Team Support
  • Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and internal events
  • Help coordinate facility vendor visits, repairs, and office maintenance
  • Collaborate on culture initiatives and team-building events
What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in a receptionist, office coordinator, or customer-facing admin role
  • Excellent communication skills—friendly, professional, and clear
  • Tech-savvy, with confidence using tools like Microsoft Office, Notion, and Envoy
  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to stay calm and focused in a dynamic environment
  • A positive, can-do attitude and genuine enthusiasm for supporting others

This role necessitates being on-site at our Alameda, California Headquarters daily. The estimated annual salary range for a candidate in the Bay Area for this role is between $60,000 and $72,000, plus equity in an early-stage, rapidly scaling global company. Additionally, you would be eligible for Rondo's excellent benefits listed above. Please note that some pay bands may have wide ranges of compensation to accommodate candidates' diverse sets of skill levels, experience, and geographic locations.
