Job summary

Mission Staffing is recruiting for a high-visibility role at the intersection of Finance and Front Office deal economics in New York. You will own the FO compensation process, including term management and monthly accruals, while acting as the expert on complex deal structures and carry calculations.

You will lead cross-functional year-end processes with Finance, HR and FO teams, producing PM statements and addressing queries; strong Excel skills and familiarity with data tools are a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Front Office/PM compensation at buy-side or sell-side.
• Deep quantitative and analytical capability for complex modelling.
• Knowledge of FO deal structures incl. slopes, multi-fund, carry.
• Excellent communication with PMs and senior leadership.
• Advanced Excel; Snowflake/Python data tools a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Business; CPA/ACCA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the front office compensation process — deal term management, monthly accrual calculations, and year-end compensation.
• Serve as the firm’s expert on FO deal structures and related calculations.
• Maintain a tracker of FO obligations, payout schedules, and milestones.
• Produce quarterly PM compensation statements and address PM queries.
• Lead year-end compensation end-to-end across Finance, HR, and FO teams.
• Support cross-Finance analytics and profitability modelling.
