A Front Office Clerk (FOC) contributes to AHF by fostering a team-centered attitude and supporting outreach strategies. The FOC is typically the first team member to interact with members, greeting them, assisting with sign-in, and creating medical records. They also provide feedback to management for service improvements.
An FOC enhances AHF's reputation by helping us deliver compassionate and informative care to our members.
