Responsibilities
  • Greet families at the front window and answer phones with care.
  • Assist families and therapists with scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments using Practice Perfect.
  • Maintain company standards by enforcing attendance policies.
  • Communicate with other departments to gather information (authorizations, scheduling, billing, etc.).
  • Use various websites and portals to obtain insurance information for families.
  • Enter & upload accurate evaluation information in Practice Perfect.
  • Collaborate with team members including Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Audiology, and Administrative Staff.
  • Attend trainings and meetings as directed by your Clinical Director, Supervisor, or Company Owner.
  • Communicate actively via email through Microsoft Outlook.
  • Use our payroll system to report time worked and request time off.
  • Keep clinics neat and tidy.
  • Follow all company Policies & Procedures.
  • Perform other projects and responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor.
Physical Requirements
  • Lift at least 30lbs.
  • Read small print.
  • Interact verbally with children, caregivers, and the public.
  • Type on a keyboard.
  • Answer telephones.
  • Sweep/mop and perform general cleaning duties.
