Day in the Life of a Front Office Assistant
  • Provide excellent customer service during patient check-in, payments, and daily operations.
  • Maintain a friendly, professional attitude to offer a “white glove” experience.
  • Guide new patients through their intake process.
  • Collect urine and saliva samples for drug screens as needed.
  • Maintain daily financial records and reports.
  • Coordinate with medical and clinical staff for patient intakes.
  • Provide clerical and logistical support.
  • Manage patient accounts and financial responsibilities.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, or office administration is a plus.
  • Lived addiction experience is advantageous.
Hours, Schedule, and Travel

Flexibility to support weekends and evenings is required. Travel to North Broad, Feasterville, West Tabor, and Northeast Philadelphia is expected.
