This comprehensive approach to treatment, the gold standard in care for opioid use disorder, has been shown to prevent more deaths from overdose and lead to long-term recovery. Day in the Life of a Front Office Assistant
  • Responsible for providing excellent customer service checking in patients, receiving payments, and assisting in daily operations.

  • Maintain friendly, professional attitude towards patients, offer a “white glove” experience.

  • Provide an exceptional experience by guiding new patients through their intake process.

  • Collect urine and saliva samples for patient drug screens as needed

  • Maintains daily financial records and reports

  • Coordinates with medical and clinical staff to coordinate intakes

  • Provides clerical and logistical support

  • Oversees patient accounts and financial responsibilities

Education and Experience requirements:
  • At minimum, High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Customer Service experience in a fast paced environment preferred.

  • Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, office administration preferred.

  • Lived Addiction experience is a plus.

Hours, Schedule, and Travel (if applicable)

Primary locations are Monroeville and Wilmerding with occasional travel to Latrobe and Greensburg. with open availability to start as early as 7:00am and as late as 9:00pm with weekend availability. Please see the schedules each location below.

Wilmerding

  • Monday 8:30 AM - 8: 30 PM

  • Tuesday 3:00 PM - 8:30 PM

  • Thursday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

  • Saturday 7:30 AM- 4:00 PM

Monroeville

  • Tuesday 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM

  • Thursday 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM

  • Friday 11:30 AM - 7:00 PM

  • Every other Sunday 7:30 AM - 1:30PM
