Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Front Office Assistant to support outpatient operations and patient intake in a fast-paced healthcare setting. You will check in patients, handle payments, and guide new patients through the intake process, ensuring a smooth, friendly experience.
Responsibilities include coordinating with medical staff, collecting samples for drug screening when needed, and keeping accurate daily financial records while supporting clerical tasks and patient account

Our clinics are all outpatient and office-based, with clinics in Georgia, Kentucky, New Jersey, North and South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia.
It is expected that Front Office Assistants have flexibility to support on weekends and if applicable, evenings. Expected hours for this role are 37-40 hours per week. See specific schedule requirements below.
