Position Summary

The front office assistant supports ambulatory/physician office operations, including patient registration, scheduling, referrals, and communication under supervision of management staff.

Responsibilities

  • Process requests for medical records following policies.
  • Ensure compliance with Orlando Health policies.
  • Use office equipment and technology proficiently, answer calls professionally.
