Job summary

TD Securities seeks a senior leader to own the front office AI products and business transformation. You will identify, design, validate, and scale AI-enabled tools and workflows that improve decision quality, productivity, and client coverage.

The role partners with Technology, Data, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Information Security, and enterprise AI teams to deliver reusable, governed AI capabilities and value realization across TD Securities front office domains.

Qualifications

• Typically 12+ years of progressive experience in financial services, capital markets, business transformation, analytics, modeling or AI.
• Strong leadership in AI-enabled product development and roadmapping.
• Experience influencing senior executives and translating strategy into measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop the AI strategy and roadmap for TD Securities front office capabilities.
• Lead the design, development, and adoption of AI-enabled tools and workflows.
• Partner with Technology, Data, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Governance teams to ensure responsible AI adoption.
• Drive value realization and measurable improvements in client coverage, decision quality, and productivity.
