You will handle calls, messages, mail, and office coordination, while maintaining a secure and inviting front desk environment. Strong communication and independence are essential, and a background check is required.

As a Front Office Administrator, you will be the initial point of contact for SVM’s guests, customers, and vendors, shaping their initial impressions of our organization. The Front Office Administrator will be responsible for fostering a warm and inviting front-desk atmosphere, delivering exceptional customer service, and providing administrative support.
This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position. Compensation ranges from $21.00 to $28.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. This position includes a paid 30-minute meal period.
