Job summary

Marshalls, a part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a Loss Prevention Associate in Levittown, PA to help maintain a safe shopping environment and act as a visible deterrent. You will support store leadership and wear a body worn camera while representing the brand in daily operations.

Requirements include 0-2 years of retail or security experience, strong communication, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss/dishonesty.
• Wear a complete uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers, demonstrate courtesy and respect.
• Respond to customer requests by referring to store management via radio.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP/store management.
• Perform a closing safety sweep of the store with management.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management.
