TJ Maxx at The TJX Companies, Inc. offers a role in Loss Prevention/Store Support at our Alexandria, VA location.

You will act as a visible deterrent, support store teams, and help ensure a positive customer experience while upholding company policies and safety standards. Key duties include standing at the front of the store, greeting customers, using the radio to connect with management, and documenting incidents as required.

Formación

• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• 0-2 years retail or security experience.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss/dishonesty.
• Review the Store Emergency Response Guide.
• Wear the approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers and assist via radio to management.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior.
