Job Description

Our Front of House Team exhibits a passion for pizza, beer, and people. We expect top-tier hospitality from each individual, and we look for personable team members that thrive in a positive environment, support their fellow team members, and make every guest experience great.

Responsibilities:

  1. Know our food menu, including possible allergens with the ability to relay it to guests.
  2. Have a cursory understanding of our beer, both in broad terms and what is currently available.
  3. Take food orders from guests; accurately enter orders in our point-of-sale.
  4. Manage Takeout station, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and hospitality standards.
  5. Run food and bus tables while adhering to Pinthouse Hospitality standards.
  6. Complete opening and closing checklists, including daily and weekly cleaning tasks.
  7. Understand and comply consistently with our rules, policies and procedures.
  8. Handle, store and rotate all products properly.

Qualifications:

  1. TABC & Food Handler’s Certifications.
  2. Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
