Job Description

Our Front of House Team exhibits a passion for pizza, beer, and people. We expect top-tier hospitality from each individual, and we look for personable team members that thrive in a positive environment, support their fellow team members, and make every guest experience great.

Responsibilities

1. Know our food menu, including possible allergens with the ability to relay it to guests.
2. Have a cursory understanding of our beer, both in broad terms and what is currently available.
3. Take food orders from guests; accurately enter orders in our point-of-sale.
4. Manage Takeout station, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and hospitality standards.
5. Run food and bus tables while adhering to Pinthouse Hospitality standards.
6. Complete opening and closing checklists, including daily and weekly cleaning tasks.
7. Understand and comply consistently with our rules, policies, and procedures.
8. Handle, store, and rotate all products properly.

Compensation: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

PTO

Hourly team members start accruing up to 5 days PTO a year after the first 3 months. Salaried team members can accrue up to 15 days.

Discounts

Team members receive discounts for food, merchandise, and beer off shift.

Birthday and Anniversary Gifts

Get a gift card on your birthday and a different gift on your anniversary based on tenure.

We have fun activities throughout the year including Employee Appreciation Trips and Peer Beer brewing days.

We support continuing education by giving out $35K in scholarships each year. 2 for $5000 and 12 for $2000.

All team members of legal drinking age receive two crowler fills or one 4 pack of Pinthouse beer each week. Salaried team members receive two 4 packs.

Hourly team members are eligible for health benefits after 1 year and averaging 30hrs/week. Pinthouse covers $200/month of your premiums.

Retirement

After working for a year and over 1000 hours during that year all team members are eligible to participate in our 401K program. Pinthouse matches 100% up to 6% of your contribution.
