Job summary

Nicoletto's Italian Kitchen in Nashville is looking for Front of House Crew to deliver the Nicoletto’s dining experience. Welcome guests, answer menu questions, take accurate orders, and help the team shine across locations including East Nashville and Mount Juliet.

You’ll cross-train in pasta prep, cashier, and expo, with opportunities to grow. Full-time and part-time shifts cover dinner and weekend rushes; staff meals and discounts are offered, plus paid training.

Qualifications

• You'll bring a welcoming attitude and enjoy connecting with guests.
• Dependability and attention to detail are essential.
• Comfort handling money and using POS systems.
• Ability to stay organized and support teammates during rushes.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and take accurate orders with a personal touch.
• Run the register and POS, process payments, and keep the checkout area tidy.
• Cook pasta and prepare dishes to Nicoletto's recipes and standards.
• Make fresh salads and sandwiches with care.
• Work expo: coordinate timing with kitchen and ensure complete orders to guests or pickup area.
• Communicate modifications and allergy concerns clearly and follow food-safety procedures.
• Move between stations as needed and help with opening/closing duties.
• Stock stations and maintain clean guest and work areas.
