Job summary

ONGI HOSPITALITY GROUP is hiring for a Front of House (FOH) role in our New York location. You will take customer orders, pack and verify orders, and help keep the dining area clean while supporting the overall FOH operation.

Immediate start and full-time schedule Sunday through Saturday with a flexible shift pattern. During the first two weeks of training you will earn $18.00 per hour with no tips, then a standard rate of $18–$20 per hour plus tips.

• Packing and checking orders to ensure they match what the customer selected on the menu.
• Preparing side dishes.
• Maintaining cleanliness and completing other daily side work.
• Supporting the overall FOH operation as needed.

Compensation

First 2 weeks (training): $18.00/hour, no tips.

After training: + 2% tip.

Performance-based increases: Depending on performance, reliability, and overall contribution, the hourly rate may increase at management’s discretion.

Training Attire & Safety Requirements

• Plain dark-colored T-shirt.
• Cap (required daily during training).
• Closed-toe, non-slip shoes.
• Comfortable pants.
• No shorts or ripped jeans.
• We will provide your apron and hairnet.
