Job summary

Chick-fil-A Hardin Valley is seeking Front of House Team Members to deliver exceptional service across drive-thru, counter, dining room, and mobile ordering. You will help ensure a friendly, efficient guest experience and support daily operations in a fast-paced setting.

Front of House Team Member Characteristics:

Front of House Team Members are the face of Chick-fil-A, providing excellent customer service to all guests in the Drive-Thru, at the Front Counter, in the Dining Room, and for guests who use Mobile Ordering through the Chick-fil-A One app. The characteristics we are looking for in a great Front of House Team Member include the following:

Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Customer service oriented
• Works well independently and in a team environment
• Become knowledgeable of the assignments for all front counter stations, including order taking, cashiering, beverage and dessert prep, order fulfillment, and meal bussing
• Stock inventory as needed
• Keep the front of house neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
• Must be 16 or older to apply

Compensation:

• 16-17 yr olds not able to work past 10pm: starting at $12.40/hour
• Part time including minors with closing availability (Less than 30hr/week): starting at $13/hour
• Full Time (More than 30hr/week): starting at $15/hour
