Description

As a Front of House (Hospitality) Team Member, you will welcome & greet guests, take customer orders at either the front counter or drive‑thru, prepare beverages & desserts, assemble and serve orders, maintain cleanliness, observe health and sanitation guidelines, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile! We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers. We will teach you everything else you need to know! Successful Team Members will conduct themselves with a positive attitude and impeccable character, demonstrating genuine hospitality service to every guest who visits our restaurant.

Requirements
  • Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must have a source of reliable transportation
  • Ability to handle all equipment, navigating shelving both high and low
  • Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
  • Ability to work in hot, noisy and fast paced environment
  • Mobility required during shifts
  • Must work well under pressure
  • Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
  • Must be available for opening (6:00am) and/or closing (11:00pm) shifts, including Saturdays

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Enthusiastically greet guests
  • Deliver Second Mile service in all areas of Hospitality
  • Ensure restaurant cleanliness, including dining room, restrooms, play area, and parking lot
  • Clean and stock the condiment counter area
  • Follow all Team Member Handbook and Health Department Policies
  • Maintain strict adherence to Food Safety and Health Department procedures at all times
Part‑Time
  • Minimum availability of at least 20 hours per week
  • Minimum of 3 closings or openings each week or availability to cover both peaks
  • Must include a closing one of the following: Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening
  • Minimum least 2 Saturdays per month worked
  • Scheduled hours must average 15 hours or more per week.
Full‑Time
  • Minimum availability of at least 40 hours per week
  • At least 2 Saturdays per month.
  • Scheduled hours must average 30 hours or more per week.
Full‑Time Plus+
  • Minimum availability of at least 40 hours per week
  • 3 closings each week or availability to cover both peaks
  • At least 3 Saturdays per month.
  • Scheduled hours must average 30 hours or more per week.
