We're looking for our next exceptional Back-of-House (BOH) Team Members!

As a BOH Team Member, you will support the kitchen team by assembling food orders quickly and accurately for front counter, curbside, drive‑thru, and catering/delivery, maintain restaurant cleanliness (inside and outside), observe health and sanitation guidelines, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile! We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving others. Successful Team Members will conduct themselves in a positive attitude, great communication skills, and truthful character demonstrating 2nd mile service to every guest who visits our restaurant.

Back‑of‑House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick‑fil‑A standards
• Be knowledgeable about the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up‑to‑date with new products rolled out by Chick‑fil‑A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in‑house training and staying up‑to‑date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick‑fil‑A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
