Job Description:

Front of House (FOH) Team Members are crucial to Toastique's success. They are the front-line employees responsible for assembling orders and hands-on preparation of toasts, smoothies, and bowls enjoyed by our customers. FOH Team Members ensure customers are efficiently served through the line and pickup stations by taking orders, processing transactions, managing online orders, and prioritizing tickets for optimal service time.

Responsibilities:

• Taking orders on the POS, confirming orders by repeating them, and asking for customer names and dine-in or to-go preferences.
• Preparing smoothies, bowls, and toasts according to tickets, maintaining consistency, speed, and presentation.
• Answering store phone inquiries and directing questions to Shift Leaders or Store Manager.
• Cleaning smoothie and toast stations, FOH tables, and bathrooms.
• Restocking disposable ware, bowls, trays, cups, and merchandise items as needed.
• Following directions from Shift Leader or Store Manager for proper prep procedures.
• Assisting Back of House (BOH) with tasks such as prep, dishes, cleaning, trash removal, and receiving deliveries.
• Collaborating as a team to achieve high customer satisfaction.
