Duties & Responsibilities

You will support the restaurant management team and be expected to deliver exceptional food quality, guest care, and service. You will work to brand standards, within a team, and ensure every guest leaves the restaurant having had a great experience.

Here is what you need:

1. Have a positive attitude
2. Greet and interact with every guest
3. Process guests’ orders through the POS system, process payment and provide them with their receipts
4. Ensure that all orders are complete and ready to be received by the guest
5. Keep all guest areas clean and tidy
6. Work to Brand standards and deliver exceptional guest service

Critical skills needed for the job:

1. Have the ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and other team members
2. Have the ability to maintain a professional appearance and display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all tasks
3. Exhibit a cheerful and helpful attitude, and provide excellent guest care
4. Adapt to changing business volume levels with a sense of urgency
5. Can demonstrate a complete understanding of the menu
6. Be able to follow instructions to achieve brand standards
7. Believes in exceptional guest service
