Chick-fil-A Cutler Bay is seeking a Front of House Team Leader who will support daily restaurant operations with a servant's heart and a strong commitment to guest service. You will lead shifts, coach Team Members, open and close, and set a positive example in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment while upholding our standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
• Count drawers and finalize day
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
