COR Restaurant Services, LLC, operating a Chick-fil-A location in Winston-Salem, NC, is seeking a Team Leader to guide Team Members toward operational excellence and a positive work culture. You will coach and develop staff while achieving monthly and quarterly objectives in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

This role emphasizes strong leadership, exceptional communication, and the ability to maintain high standards in service, safety, and attendance.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
• Able to stand for prolonged periods, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and lift heavy objects as needed.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic.
• Positive attitude.
• Experience as a leader in the customer service and/or production environment
• Proven ability to lead in quick paced environments as part of a team.
• Treats others with honor, dignity, and respect.
