Job summary

You will assist servers, hosts, and bartenders by clearing and resetting tables, stocking stations, and ensuring smooth front-of-house operations during each shift.

Qualifications

Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

Promptly clear, clean, sanitize, and reset tables according to restaurant standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining rooms, service stations, entry areas, and front of house spaces.
Remove used dishes, glassware, utensils, and other items from tables and transport them to designated areas.
Reset tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, napkins, menus, condiments, and other items.
Assist servers and other front of house team members with maintaining an efficient flow of service.
Refill water and assist with guest needs as directed.
Support food running and delivery of items to guests when needed and properly trained.
Stock and replenish service stations and front of house supplies throughout shift.
Monitor dining areas for cleanliness and respond promptly to issues.
Assist with opening, closing, and shift change responsibilities.
Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, bartenders, managers, and culinary team members.
