Job summary

Topgolf in Utah seeks a capable leader to guide a dynamic team and drive performance to meet targets. You will provide coaching, monitor results, and deliver timely feedback to help associates grow.

Collaborating with other departments, you will ensure smooth workflows, adherence to safety standards, and effective guest service. A positive, inclusive culture and clear direction are core to this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team to achieve goals.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and best practices.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time including maneuvering up and down stairs.
