Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Food and Beverage Front of House Supervisor to oversee concessions and catering operations at events and venues. You will lead front-of-house staff, coordinate service flow, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining company standards.

The role requires prior supervisory experience, familiarity with POS systems, and knowledge of food safety. You will train staff, assist with staffing plans, and support event execution in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred in Hospitality or related field.
• Experience in food service, concessions, catering, hospitality or event operations.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily concessions and catering operations to ensure guest service and efficiency.
• Supervise front-of-house staff and coordinate event activities.
