Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure tasks meet policy and quality standards.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers and correct underperformers.
• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as the contact for employee questions or time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop staff, encouraging advancement within the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
