Job summary

Topgolf Parsippany is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead daily operations and ensure exceptional guest service. You will guide the team, monitor performance, and collaborate with departments to maintain smooth workflows and high standards.

You will also address guest concerns, promote a positive team culture, and ensure compliance with policies. The role includes reporting on metrics and performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team to achieve goals.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time including maneuvering up and down stairs.
