Job summary

Topgolf Alpharetta is seeking a strong leader to guide a guest-focused team. You will provide direction, set performance targets, monitor results, and coach staff to deliver exceptional service across all shifts.

In this role you will collaborate with other departments, address guest concerns promptly, uphold safety standards, and report on key metrics. A high school diploma and prior supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team to achieve goals.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and best practices.
• Availabilit to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time including maneuvering up and down stairs
