Topgolf in Burlingame, CA, is seeking a capable leader to guide a dynamic team and ensure exceptional guest service. You will coach team members, monitor performance, and collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operations and high-quality service.

The role emphasizes promoting an inclusive culture, maintaining safety and policies, and delivering regular performance reports. Flexibility for varied shifts is required as part of this on-site position.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent, or comparable work experience.
• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team to achieve goals.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods, including stairs.
