Job summary

Isleta Resort and Casino seeks a front-of-house Snack Bar Team Member responsible for setup, operation, and closing of snack bar areas. You will assist in food preparation, food service, and dining, while handling guest requests and delivering World Class Guest Service.

The role requires excellent cash handling, POS use, and customer service, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a smoke-influenced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must hold NM Alcohol Servers Certification.
• Must hold Indian Health Services Food Handler’s Certification.
• OSHA familiarity a plus.
• Cash handling experience with accuracy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and close snack bar areas as assigned.
• Greet guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Take orders accurately and process through POS.
• Handle cash, credit, and other payments securely and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock in food prep and dining areas.
• Promote world-class guest service and professional communication.
