Job summary

Chick-fil-A Leominster is seeking a Team Leader to support daily operations and coach team members in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will help ensure exceptional guest experiences, lead shifts, and uphold the company’s standards and values.

Responsibilities include training new hires, managing checklists and cost controls, and serving as a role model for excellence and teamwork. Weekend availability and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Available to work weekends (Friday/Saturday).
• Available to lead opening and/or closing shifts.
• Smile and create eye contact with guests.
• Speak enthusiastically and make emotional connections with guests.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong people skills with a desire to serve team members.

• Experience as shift lead/crew lead is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant.
• Offer immediate and respectful response to guests' needs, managing the customer experience.
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model.
• Manage Cost Controls and execute checklists.
• Coach and mentor team members on food best practices.
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player.
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, and act as a key holder.
• Count drawers and finalize day.

Our Team Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Team Leader's two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Team Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Team Leader Responsibilities:
