Job summary

Parfait Paris in Mission Hills, San Diego, is seeking a reliable FOH Shift Lead with a passion for French cuisine. You will warmly welcome guests, manage front-of-house operations, and support service during busy shifts.

This part-time role offers $18/hour plus tips, with 16–30 hours per week and weekend/holiday availability. If you have hospitality or food service experience and at least one shift-lead stint, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in basic math
• Keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Be reliable, honest and punctual
• Have hospitality or food service experience
• Have at least one experience as shift lead
• Motivated and self-driven with enthusiasm for French cuisine/dessert and delivering outstanding customer service

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and bid farewell to customers
• Enhance sales by recommending our delectable French cuisines and sweets offerings
• Skillfully handle cash and credit transactions
• Opening and closing side work before or after your shift
• Place end of day orders on our online platforms
• Handle customer complaints
• Have barista skills and know how to make cappuccino, latte macchiato, mocha, espresso…
• Make crepes & sandwiches
