City Barbeque is hiring for Front of House positions in Charlotte. We offer opportunities for raises twice yearly, free BBQ meals up to $2,400 per year, and a 25% discount when not working.

Benefits include free uniforms and slip-resistant shoes, vacation pay, 401k match up to 4%, and an annual $3,000 scholarship. Roles include Cashier, Drive-thru, Expeditor, Curbside, Call-in order coordinator, and more, with emphasis on hospitality, speed, and teamwork.

• Provide great backyard hospitality for guests.
• Ability to work fast and independently.
• Cross-train and work multiple stations.
• Consistently follow proper recipes and procedures.
• Maintain high standards for food preparation and sanitation.
• Contribute to the team by taking initiative and pitching in to help others.

Mansioni

• Arrive on time for each shift and punch in/out accurately.
• Complete hot and cold food prep assignments by following recipes and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate to prepare take-out and catering orders in a timely fashion.
• Monitor food levels on the line and communicate with prep cook accordingly.
• Follow station checklists and cleaning lists thoroughly.
• Provide a positive attitude when interacting with teammates and guests.
